Online Consultations: Live far away? That’s no problem! Contact me via email and we will arrange dates and times to discuss your personal journey, obstacles, and goals. At the end of our discussions, I will provide you with a step-by-step plan to help you overcome your obstacles and reach your goals. We will then have bi-weekly check-ins to keep you on track and make any adjustments as necessary.

Yoga All In: Did you know yoga is so much more than physical postures? Dating back thousands of years, yoga is an EIGHT limbed path, with physical postures, or “asanas” comprising just ONE of those limbs! In Yoga All In we will take a comprehensive look at all eight limbs of yoga and build a unique plan for you to dive deeper into the art and practice of living a well-rounded yogic lifestyle. Available online or in person.

Private Sessions: Can range from 1-2 hours in length depending on the skill and comfort level of the student. Private sessions can also range in a variety of styles including Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Gentle/Hatha, Arm Balances and Inversions, and Yin/Restorative. They can also be customized to fit the needs and desires of the student.

Group Sessions: Can range from 1-2 hours in length depending on the skill and comfort level of the students. Group sessions can also range in a variety of styles including Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Gentle/Hatha, Arm Balances and Inversions, and Yin/Restorative. They can also be customized to fit the needs and desires of the students.

Corporate Wellness Programs: 6, 12, or 18 week packages are available and range in style including Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Gentle/Hatha, and Yin/Restorative. Sessions will be held at the place of business, or at an alternative location decided on and acquired by the Wellness Coordinator. Classes may contain up to 30 people per class and may be held up to 3 times per week.
